I can lead a Nation with a microphone.
A long time ago in the area of New England in the United States of America there was a massive Blizzard. The Blizzard of 1978 decimated the area with gargantuan amounts of snow. There was a couple in their early 30's who were unaware of these events. They had rented a small cabin in the Appalachian mountains for a peaceful weekend. This couple was still young and a bit foolish. It was foolish not to check the weather reports and foolish for her to be up there while pregnant.
They ended up stuck in that cabin for about 2 weeks. Not many locals knew they were up there, and the friends that knew they went away didn't know exactly where. When the couple was found they were in the middle of birthing their child. The child was born that day in a small log cabin. His name was Jacob O'Kane.
Over the next few years of his life he would live with his parents in Washington D.C. His father was a worker for the House, and his mother a teacher. Jacob grew up all around politics in the 1980's. His friends came from all over the nation as they were the sons of Senators and House Representatives. Jacob's mind would grow exponentially from each encounter. Even at a young age Jacob had his own philosophies on life.
In school he was an A student, a hard worker, and Varsity Captain. Yes, Jacob was indeed a Pillar of a private D.C. school. It was through his pillarship that he became strong in body as well as mind. He learned of his love for power and the ability to organize and intimidate people, even his friends. He saw himself as a Price that would rather be feared than loved.
With his grades, reputation, and governmental connections Jacob O'Kane would enroll at Harvard University. The greatest institution of high learning in the world. He would graduate from Harvard in the class of 2000. He saw it as a symbol of greatness to exit his education that the turn of the century.
Jacob's initiative would take him to places his father could only dream as a government worker. He was never a Senator, House Rep, a Governor, or even a CEO, but he knew more about the American Government than almost anyone else. He studied every single aspect day in and day out. Jacob would meet his very timid soul mate and marry her at the age of 30. Together they tried over and over to have a child, but could not.
This in turn made Jacob bitter. Seeing his wife as unfit for life, he divorced her. A few weeks later she would be found dead in her apartment. It is unknown if he had any part in this. After parting ways with his wife, Jacob would turn his attention to something he really yearned for. The Presidency of the United States.
With President Barrack H. Obama in his second turn, Jacob O'Kane would run his campaign full swing as an Independent. O'Kane received financial backing from many business executives he had met in Harvard and Washington. He was able to gain support from both Democrats and Republicans a like. Also feeding off the sympathy votes of the loss of his wife O'Kane won the presidency in an upset.
Jacob O'Kane, President of the United States. From an icy log cabin to the oval office. This man, now cold, bitter, and an intellect to big for anyones good was the President. Many people though this was a good thing. Many thought it was a horrid mistake. They would all find out in the next 2 years.
