It's a revolution, and while it's essentially the People v B.E.G. the people don't always get along. Various gangs have risen to power over a few areas and continue to grow against rival gangs and B.E.G.
In order to create a gang you must have:
1: At least a 4 Charisma
2: Staff approval.
3: 1000 Dollars down payment for gang costs.
4: A non item based uniform, tattoo, or symbol.
5: At least 2 IC supporters.
6: A thread listing the Gangs' name, intent, colors, symbol, threads, members, and possible recruits.
BIO APPROVAL CODE: No...no, Mr. John no here.
For every 10 posts you have you may have 1 Gang NPC. This goes for leaders, and members. There is no max, but every gang member must come in with 1 Gang NPC. Members may only control their own NPC count. Leader/s can control ALL gang NPCs.
