It makes the world go round.
The big questions are how much is it worth, how do you get it, and where do you put it? Well let's think about it. You are in a giant blockade and stuck in America's Home City. Whatever money is there is all that there is. Problem is in these times it's highly inflated. What used to be 5 dollars is now well above that.
How much is it worth: Money is always and will forever be worth something. Even after the Armageddon money will be of value to someone. So it's still good, and people will take it. It all depends on the item. Somethings once worthless are now treasure, and things that were once a fortune are now worthless.
How do you get it: Rewards. Everything from IC events to OOC contests. You don't get it from simple posting here, you have to earn it. There will be a jobs category to post you working a job for money. There will be a lottery, betting on fights, etc.
The best way to get money is through working at IC jobs and IC events run by a mod. You will keep tabs on ALL your transactions through your Bio and/or Signature.
Note: When it comes to silly things like buying a coffee IC it wont cost you board money. Only OOC item and mat purchases will be charged.
Where to put it: Back into the system of course. The Lottery will open soon, as will the arena and the betting on those fights. You can buy items from the shop, or materials to make your own unique items. We plan to make many more options in the future.
