Every screen in Boston has turned on or switch to an emergency broadcast. Wherever you are you are listening to and hearing this.
"The city of Boston. A truly miraculous place. This is where our great nation began it's fight against Britain and it's tyranny. Unfortunately, many of you believe I am a tyrant. What you do not understand is that you are ignorant. Now I must punish you all in hopes that the rest of our beloved nation will follow suit. Of course that doesn't mean I will give you a light sentence. Many of you will, in fact, die. But those of you who live will do so with honor for our glorious nation.
Here is a map so all of you may understand your current limitations.
Each District is color coded. Black: Charleston. Gray: East Boston. Blue: Beacon Hill and the North End. Yellow: The Back Bay. Red: Kenmore and Fenway. Purple: Mission Hill. Orange: Chinatown. And lastly Green: South Boston, or 'Southie' as you like to call it.
Everyone within the confines of these areas are now under lockdown as ordered by your President. An elite force of militant troops are already here setting up your new wall. The wall is outlined in a Maroon color on your map. Nothing, and I mean Nothing, can get in or out of that wall. Currently it is a constructed 15 foot wall covered in barbed wire and electrified. Behind that is a series of sniper towers. And behind that is of course, another electrified all. All points are covered by this wall, and all bridges have been demolished. The Sea is monitored by a series of Naval Warships. There is absolutely NO WAY for anyone to enter or leave. By land or by sea.
Now, the Boston Elite Guard, or B.E.G. as I like to call them are here to ensure that there are no further riots. I want you all to live and work as you have for years. But, if there is any hint of an uprising, no matter how small, it will be taken care of with force. Supplies will be given out once a week. No body will starve, hopefully. Once you can all prove that you have gotten this blood lust out of your system I will return to you all to your absolute liberty.
While this is a lockdown you are still free to move about. The Boston Subway System has been put into my direct control. The trains will run throughout these neighborhoods, but it is 100% impossible for you to go beyond the blockade limits, so don't try. Same for naval travel. All boats are free for use, but around the rivers and Atlantic Ocean is a fleet of naval warships. The B.E.G. will NOT hesitate to blow you out of the water if you come too close.
